I bought brezza on 17 October. I was promised body cover, mud flaps and floor mats complementary. on the day of delivery they said they will give me accessories 2 days later but they didn't. couple of days later I called the sales guy, he directly refused to provide me the promised accessories. on speaking to TL, he said he will arrange me the said items in 2 days and will call me but he never did. it is one and half month since I bought car, but my brand new car is eating dirt because ur people did did not keep their words.
